TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Subscribers Overflow System (SOS) The Subscribers Overflow System (referred to as "SOS" or the “Program”) is a division of Amply Insights LLC, headquartered at 7935 Airport Pulling Rd N, Ste 4-128, Naples, FL, 34109. All purchases made for the Subscribers Overflow System are final. By purchasing the Program, either through full or partial payment, you, the undersigned, (the “Customer” and/or “you”) agree to the terms of these Terms & Conditions Policy and acknowledge you are executing a legally binding agreement with Amply Insights LLC, subject to the following terms and conditions laid out below (the “Policy”).
Confidentiality / Non-Disclosure Customer shall maintain as strictly confidential, and shall not divulge to any third party or use for any purpose other than Customer’s own business, all materials and information belonging to or relating to the program including but not limited to the training materials, templates, strategies, and any information shared by other customers of the program. If Amply Insights LLC receives any indication that Customer shared their course login with unauthorized individuals, Customer agrees to pay Amply Insights LLC a penalty of 25 000$ for breach of this clause in the contract, to be paid within 7 days of Amply Insights LLC giving notice about the breach of contract.
No Conflicts / Interference Without limitation, Customer agrees never to share or sell access to the materials or proprietary strategies shared within the Program. Customer agrees to never compete with Amply Insights LLC in selling courses, coaching, consulting, or services related to newsletter growth and monetization. Customer agrees to pay Amply Insights LLC a penalty of 25 000$ for breach of this clause in the contract, to be paid within 7 days of Amply Insights LLC giving notice about the breach of contract.
Calls/Coaching Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Amply Insights LLC shall provide the Customer with access to weekly coaching calls and one-on-one support via Slack communications ("Support Services") for the duration of the Customer’s engagement with the Program. It is not expected that Amply Insights LLC will provide any one-on-one calls directly with the Customer unless expressly agreed to in writing before this contract goes into effect. These Support Services are intended to offer additional guidance and support to the Customer in achieving their goals as related to the trainings, templates, and more provided by Amply Insights LLC. Amply Insights LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Support Services or any part thereof without notice at any time. This includes the right to cease the weekly coaching calls and one-on-one support via Google Meet communication for any reason, including but not limited to changes in business strategy, service effectiveness, or resource availability. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that Amply Insights LLC's provision of the Support Services in no way guarantees any specific outcome or result from the Customer’s use of the main services provided by Amply Insights LLC. As such, in the event that Amply Insights LLC exercises its right to discontinue the Support Services, the Customer shall not be entitled to any refund of fees paid to Amply Insights LLC or any compensation for the discontinuation of the Support Services. By accepting this Agreement, the Customer expressly acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this section, understanding that the Support Services are provided as a courtesy to enhance the Customer’s experience and that Amply Insights LLC retains the right to discontinue such services at its sole discretion without liability or the obligation to provide a refund or any form of compensation.
Performance/Outcome You may be entitled to a refund in the first 14 days depending on factors agreed to in this contract listed below, however the sales figures stated anywhere in Amply Insights LLC’s marketing are individual sales figures and marketing results. Please understand that certain sales figures are not typical, and we are not implying that you will duplicate them. We are using these references for example purposes only. Your particular results from being a Amply Insights LLC Customer will vary and depend on many factors. Because each situation is unique and subject to factors beyond Amply Insights LLC’s control, Amply Insights LLC makes no promise or guarantee as to the actual results to be achieved from the trainings, strategies, & coaching it provides to Customers.
We, Amply Insights LLC, want you to be 100% satisfied with the Program. However, we do not have an obligation to issue any refunds. If you wish to request a refund you must contact our support team at [email protected] within 14 days of your payment or first payment if you are on a payment plan.
This is a DIY program. Our goal is to give you the trainings, templates, and proprietary business strategies so that you may accomplish rapid subscriber growth and monetization of your newsletter. That is our goal and we are confident in our ability to do so.
Do The Work. The Company follows a “Do The Work” Refund Policy. If you become a Customer of the Program, which happens when you make any payment, you meet the Refund Requirements, and if you haven’t achieved significant subscriber growth or monetization within 14 days of becoming a Customer, after completing the course and trying our methods, you may be eligible to receive a full refund. There will be no refunds issued beyond 14 days from when you make payment. Both parties agree to a hard 14-day timeline to ask and issue the refund. Customer understands there will be no refunds issued past the 14-day mark.
Due Diligence Disclaimer. Due to the digital nature of our course, the Company does not offer refunds for those who do not do their due diligence to ensure the course is the right fit for them. It is the Customer’s responsibility to carefully review our sales material and terms and conditions before purchasing, using, or accessing any of our products and the Program. Please note, that we do not offer partial refunds for our programs. The company follows a Policy, as outlined above.
Customer Conduct: We want to foster a winning mindset. You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful, professional manner during all interactions within the program and community. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately upon written notice if the Customer breaches the Customer’s conduct.
